1. Course Registration & Confirmation
All course enrolments are subject to availability. Upon receipt of your registration, we will confirm your booking via email. Please ensure that all contact details are correct to avoid any delays or missed communications. In the event of discrepancies, we may request additional information.
2. Course Format & Scheduling
Online Classes: All lessons are conducted online. The timings may vary depending on the course type, and full schedules will be shared with you in advance.
Small Group Classes: These classes adhere to a fixed timetable.
One-to-One Sessions: These sessions are arranged based on mutual availability. If you need to make any changes, please notify us promptly, and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
3. Missed Lessons & Replays
Small Group Classes: If you are unable to attend a class, a lesson replay will be made available for up to 14 days following the session.
One-to-One Lessons: Should you need to reschedule, please inform us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any changes to your session.
4. Fees & Payment
Courses are billed in blocks of 30 sessions unless otherwise specified. All payments must be completed before the commencement of the course. Please ensure that the payment is made in full to avoid any delays in your access to the course.
5. Use of Materials
All course content, including but not limited to e-textbooks and lesson materials, is strictly for the registered student’s personal use only. Any unauthorised sharing, duplication, or resale of these materials is prohibited. Violations of this term may result in termination of access to courses.
